Synopsis
Un sans-papier, parrainé par Romain Goupil, contacte le réalisateur pour lui expliquer que les passeurs se livrent à du racket à l'égard des clandestins. Il désigne un bureau de change parisien chargé de cette mission. Romain Goupil et ses compagnons de lutte politique décident d'agir. Aidés par les conseils de Pascale Ferran et Tonie Marshall, ils filment également le processus des opérations.
