Biographie
Charlotte Emma Aitchison Daniel, dite Charli XCX, née le 2 août 1992 à Cambridge (Angleterre de l'Est), est une auteure-compositrice-interprète, actrice et productrice britannique. Elle commence dans la musique en 2006 en se produisant dans des rave parties, avant de sortir un premier album inédit en 2008 puis de signer un contrat d'enregistrement avec la maison de disques Atlantic Records en 2010. Depuis, elle a fait paraître six albums studio originaux, sortis entre 2013 et 2024. Charli XCX a été décrite comme une figure du mouvement musical « hyperpop » des années 2010, bien qu’elle ait rejeté le terme sur les réseaux sociaux, déclarant qu’elle « ne s’identifie pas avec des genres musicaux ».
