Bijou Lilly Phillips (née le 1er avril 1980) est une actrice, mannequin et chanteuse américaine. Phillips a commencé sa carrière comme mannequin, mais s'est rapidement orientée vers le cinéma et la chanson. Elle a fait ses débuts musicaux avec son album I'd Rather Eat Glass en 1999. Elle a joué dans des films tels que Black and White (1999), Almost Famous (2000), Bully (2001), Octane (2003), The Door in the Floor (2004), Venom (2005), Hostel: Part II (2007) et Choke (2008).
